Up to 27s I have yet to be "one shot" by anything. Dstance helps healers yes, but not required to live. You have like 1mil HP in m+ spec and ER/instant 30% heal on 40s CD. Nothing comes often enough to warrant dstance to live it.

In Shadowlands they made the Sylvanas bow be upgraded to Fated equivalent ilvl
