Ok but that's where Xan meant 'use brain for trinkets' when it comes to M+; even if Mirror sims better on paper, in reality a 1.5min trinket works better

3min trinkets often end up de-syncing with your CDs, since you'll sometimes want to hold the trinket for a bigger pack / boss and so won't necessarily use it with Avatar / Reck / Roar etc.

Also the fact that we are tied to 1.5min CDs this season means it's nice to have that added boost for every single set of CDs

If you're playing in a pre-made group doing big pulls in high keys, and you're familiar with the route / know when those big pulls are going to occur etc., mirror is decent - otherwise as a recommendation I'd say might > mirror

i mean, technically speaking 1 ilvl is roughly 1% dps, so at 480 you're about 10% behind max ilvl, so you would be around 220k yeah
