Might and Augury are bis for M+. Next best choices are probably Crab, Pips. Ember, Gore. Mirror is usable. Signet can be used in right situation.
For raid, signet and augury for long fights. Augury and Rezan for shorter fights.
Might and Ember and Crab also good with Rezan for short raid fights if no Augury.

You ideally don't want to delay odyns that much. Sometimes, such as igira spears, gnarlroot ads, you can justify delaying it, but not for anything more than 10s
The blunt of the damage comes from activating the 4set, not the Odyns itself. Less 4 set activations =/= bad

That's kind of different. As sometimes you can delay it for 10-20s without it mattering in the long run, as you'll get the same number of cd's out during the fight regardless.

Like if the fight is 3.20 - 4.30 range, you'll get 3 cd's off regardless. So delaying for a total of that interval will not matter. However, once the fight reaches like 4.40, if you've delayed, you won't get your 4th set of cd's.
