After a moment Bloodthirs comes off of CD and then I have the rage to Rampage... Do i just use bloodthirst here, to get it back on CD and to continue reducing Odyn's Fury CD, or do i delay it, use Rampage and then Bloodbath?

Its a scenario that throws me every time and I want to try and understand the best way to use these abilities
