Would probably be easier if you just screenshotted your vault & Current gear - otherwise, save catalysts for hero & myth track items, so option 1 is out.
Hero trinket is farmable, and isn't really that great for any content outside of m+.
Hands are probably your go-to currently, if you're unable to run hero track- level m+ at a consistent basis

It will depend on what content you're doing. You can generally get a numeric value from bloodmallet and work from there (https://bloodmallet.com/chart/warrior/fury/trinkets/castingpatchwerk), but best is always to sim

A hybrid spear build may help (basically the raid aoe build but run spear not roar)
It’s easy to get full efficiency out of sob here and roar isn’t really giving you damage on spears
Spears are largely pad in heroic and your parse is really who can blow up spears quickly - playing sob gives you more boss damage - especially that last cd window where the boss is sub 35

DB vs TR is a little bit more cut and dry imo, prio damage + extra ST on bosses vs slightly more aoe
SS vs BC is just deciding if u want more rampage damage over the course of the whole key or more consistent CDR from the 4 set on ST
generally I would lean towards DB + BC because the other two arent gonna make us some aoe gods or anything
