Warrior AOE would be mostly solved by what I proposed the other day: talenting into storm of swords increases meat cleaver cleave to uncapped w/drop off after 8 targets. Ensures we keep up in larger pulls and we remain untouched in smaller cleave and ST. However, I’d advocate for a damage amp on reckless abandon enpowerment or a flat increase to bloodthirst because boss damage is meh in raid
