Stats will vary deending on your gear. That's why simming is important. If you're gearing up, ilvl wins out. And you want 4p T31 even if it means using a lower ilvl piece of gear in the short term. Otherwise, sim and follow recommendations. There is no set % of any stat to be chasing. Don't even think about stat weights. That's a dead end.

• Hold Pot on pull and open with Reck -> Rampage -> Ava -> Roar -> Bloodbath -> OF - priority is getting 1.5m CDs on cooldown asap.
• On the first intermission, you want to leap out to about here when he jumps in the air - make sure you're landed before he lands, or you'll end up in the lava. Don't charge back in until your orbs have jettisoned (it takes a second). This will ensure that the orbs reach you when you run out to position 3 at ~1:25; use your pot a few seconds beforehand, anywhere between 1:15-1:20 will overlap just fine.
• Reck will still be on CD for a few seconds, but that's fine - prio OF and start using Furious Bloodthirst stacks. Time Rampage/Ava/Roar for the following run out to position three again, and you should have just enough time to eat all your stacks before the buffs fall.
• Might of the Ocean is also a good call if you don't have a really good Augury/Rezan.
• On subsequent intermissions, you still want to bait the orbs out, but you only need to move about halfway as far. Second pot should line up perfectly for 4th intermission.

the second set is the difficult timing, you should generally be running through the boss as a group, right around when he starts casting Lava Geysers, that way the bait will still be relatively close

if you do it together, you should make it to the other side of the boss about the time tornados are spawning, and that delay gives a few seconds for the healing absorbs to be dropped while you're moving

yea i mean sometimes things like that depend if youre not like a main rostered raider for mythic then its a bit more common than you'd might think, generally i would hope guilds be somewhat fair to everybody but like people that either dont perform as great as others or maybe are like trials are sometimes slightly just on the backburner, tho if you think youre doing well and have been a main kinda raider for a while then feels more cringe

I understand prioritizing mains and primary raiders. I'm a backup warrior in case main one misses. But I'm getting full mythic vault and always show up. Literally swapped my mains this season specifically for this guild. Them giving loot to an alt over me was when I realized it's blatant favoritism and I was just there to fill in splits and boost loot pool. Now I'm looking for a new guild.
