Or manually add it into top gear albeit it's a hassle with crafted gear sometimes, if you want to also account for sparks/crests to upgrade

You need more mastery. You have too much haste. Around 30% should be fine. Crit is a bit of a dump stat for us so dw too much about it changing. Vers looks aight but more is always better.

Also, learn to sim. Your stat weights will be different from everyone else's. But what I said will def work as a rough starting point.
