You don’t need to be completely optimal everything to get CE, it certainly helps. And last I checked most people aren’t playing at a level like Echo or Liquid, so all you can do is try to be the best you can whether that’s your own play or your gear or something you can farm for a gain somewhere. Because every bit does help.
