Any MT sims are a bit of a guess. The time you input can skew the results. Shorter times like bigger bursts. You can sim varying times and compare and contrast. Or just do your normal ST top gear sim and change trinkets for burst. For example. in ST, you use Signet/Augury/Rezan. In MT, you use Might/Augury/Crab.

I’m a pretty big believer that the disparity of damage from gear in m+ is very low as long as the gear is appropriately itemized. If you play well and talent properly having one trinket over another isn’t going to like massively increase your output
