Parsing also has some RNG; the ducks are a great example, even smolder...if you get 3 balls and are 2nd last/last having to lose uptime, the diff between a 98 and a 35 is like 7k DPS. Our current BIS trinkets have some variance as well, lots could go wrong.

If you're always green, like always, there's an issue clearly. But purple on every fight by your 4th-5th kill means you're playing super well and keeping good rotational play/uptime, the diff between a 92 and 100 could be RNG+Gear.
