Smolderon opener is slightly different, in that you want to Reck + Charge -> Ramp -> Avatar -> Spear -> BB -> OF -> Ramp and so on
On top of this you place your orbs far out around the furthest ring, and delay picking up the orbs
And by delaying picking up the orbs, you'll be able to have both the damage buff and your 1:30 CDs ready
It's something Warrior/1:30 specs have to do to make sure their CDs align with the damage buff which is a bit jank

But it's also 3 minutes compared to Might only at 1:30, which means not only do you not have it for every CD window, it also has a chance to desync from your CDs or even proc the wrong stat depending on if your weapon enchants procced as you use it

They both have different uses
The normal pot that heals instantly and gives a HoT is good for general use, while the big pot is good for big bursts of damage whenever they'll happen, and if you can heal it back up through the damage
Although don't actually know how big the dot really is if you have/don't have the alchemy traits

If it's up just as Reck is about to be ready then just hold it for those few seconds until Reck is ready, then do the opener sequence again
I don't actually know the amount of time you should hold OF though for it to not be a DPS loss, since you can quickly lose out on a cast in a fight if you hold it multiple times

The only log you sent, you died after 1 minute, as for your sim, you're simming with no enchants, in an M+ talent setup, you don't have sockets in your neck either, and your weapons/trinkets aren't upgraded

I looked through another kill of yours on Nymue, where you're still using an M+ talent setup. Look at the Wowhead guide and just copy the Single Target build for raid bosses, and remove Ashen Juggernaut + Massacre for Improved Whirlwind + Meat Cleaver if the boss has adds/AoE.
You're using way too many whirlwinds, on ST it's the lowest priority ability to use.
Your opener is wrong, you want to
Reck + Charge -> Rampage -> Odyn's Fury -> Spear/Roar -> Bloodbath -> Rampage -> Avatar (As the Avatar from Odyn's Fury runs out) -> Bloodbath -> Rampage and so on
The general priority to follow as well looks like this
Bloodbath > Execute if Ashen Juggernaut is talented > Rampage > Execute > Bloodthirst > Slam > Whirlwind
If you just train this, your damage will improve massively from what you've been doing now

That would be the case if the on-use was more impressive. In ST you don't have additional marks to consume so it still somewhat hits like a wet noodle, and you're not generating any more rage during the channel. In reality a lot of boss fights don't support it either, like Larodar mythic, if you get 4 marks out (1 on boss + 3 on ads), that's typically your cooldown window so pressing it feels bad, on top of the risk that trees might just explode on you or fire spreading underneath you. Any other time you're only on 1 mark so damage is low. - Found some use pressing it on root when I'm out of juice, but that's still barely above normal dps output
You can find some use on like, Igira, if you mark spears and then consume on boss, but you gotta time it to when the spears are just about to die, or you're not cleaving on them.

My rule of thumb is always take more haste as long as you aren't sacrificing mastery. Sims have backed this theory for the most part.
