I don't think that's recommended - as BT crits reduce OF CD - so you have to keep it on cooldown - so all the BT crits you will cast during Avatar (while OF isn't on CD) - will be wasted

Pro tip, make friends with people doing leggo questline - They'll have extra shadeleaf quest starting items. Get them to use those on your homies, so they can have the rate increase item already prepared for when you get it (the axe) - Will save you hours

Fury does have like one of the smallest gains from it, but main boost comes from ilvl and the dot/active only varies by a fraction of a percentage between dps specs (Unless you're a tank)
