If you're under your sim damage on dummy without raid buffs then you're messing the rotation up somehow.

If mans is simming at ~151k with battle shout and shows up on meters at 5 mins on the dummy with only 130k? They know they are slipping somewhere.

Can't use both trinkets at the same time. Have a cooldown between use as well. That's the drawback with Might and Mirror I've found. I mean Mirror is good but it's long c/d is a turnoff for lots of folks. Might and Crab is a nice pair if you don't have Augury.

the issue with replacing rings is usually the socket

Vers is usually in the middle for MT, but for ST it's often one of the better stats at this point
