The answer is to always sim because everyones gear is different to some degree. Mas/vers for a lot of people is going to sim highest. Unless they are at lik 5% haste somehow. Mas/vers 486 ring simmed like 1.5-2k higher than any other combination for me.

If your gear is real good you're gonna be compared to (on average) better players by ilvl so if your ilvl parses are much worse that's mostly a skill issue tbh (but in a non-toxic nor ironic sense)

not really there is just too many variables for ilvl parse. Say your guild kills heroic gnarl in 1:30. another guild kills it in 1:45. You and the warrior with the 1:45 time have the same gear. He is probably beating you in dps becasue he got off another full avatar.

Since I don't own any set, is it OK to start M+ fight with : Charge, OF, wait for Avatar proc to expire and then maccro(Recklessness, avatar, roar) Its just for +4/+6 key for now, is it OK or absolultely TRASH please ? thank you very much guys !

anything's okay for +4/+6 keys, but if you plan to do higher at any point I'd strongly recommend pressing the buttons individually

rarely I get a situation where I'd have to slam/whirlwind and just kinda sit for .5 seconds to pool rage for a rampage
