Igira is a bit of a different story though, at least on Mythic, you will absolutely get a lot of value out of Titanic Rage, since OF aligns so naturally with spears anyway

to answer directly though, this tier is split - for some bosses DB is better (Larodar/Fyrakk), and for some TR is better (Gnarlroot, M Igira, Tindral)

At some point people need to make determinations for themselves, or at least reference the raid guide to see boss-by-boss recommendations, however Titanic Rage is generally better in heavy multitarget (5% isn't what most players would call "very slightly"), as well as simply easier to use, so I feel comfortable leaving it as the default recommendation for multitarget encounters

to whit, the reason I recommend TR on Igira is not because DB is bad, but simply because the spears come out fast, blowing up them up fast is a priority, and T31 Fury has a lot harder time precasting WW due to

A) it being used as a rotaional filler
B) a cooldown on WW
C) shit loads of haste consuming charges early
D) a much shorter Enrage duration than previous tiers

And unlike Larodar/Fyrakk, you actually are hitting multiple targets with the majority of your OFs, so TR retains near full value

Fish Oil, vitamin D3, stretch and massage the hands and forearm. I play fury and am a carpenter for a living. I still have mild carpal tunnel, tendonitis and arthritis, but those 4 things have made it so managable. If you end up in a situation where Reck is coming off CD, Avatar is coming off CD (maybe a few seconds misaligned, that's fine), but OF is still on CD - there's no lost value from using Avatar first, because any Bloodthirst crits will give you CDR on that OF, right?

up to you, single target damage is consistent while multitarget can vary greatly from encounter to encounter (and is usually overkilled anyway), so most look at ST if for no other reason than simplicity

That said, simming ST talents vs MT talents should not result in a significant statistical deviation

AoE build in ST slightly weights crit, but not by a ton
