Most of the gem swaps will be minuscule and you’d get very similar if not better results from a ring swap of the same ilvl, I wouldn’t obsess on the odd gem swing..just keep any items at the same ilvl. I have like 4 pants and 8 rings and swap them as an upgrade comes in
