Idk if you're being serious or not. New 4 set rotation is pretty easy. Opener is charge + reck. That gives you enough rage to rampage, then odyns fury. Blood thirst. When avatarr from odyns fury goes to drop. Then avatar roar. Then it is just prio order. Odyns fury on cd when enraged. Bloodbath, rampage, sudden death/execute. Blood thirst, (not empowered) slam, then whirlwind.

You should very rarely not have something to press.

The best gems and enchants differ depending on your gear, which you find out through top gear

If you don't know what you're doing, one thing to check is if you have the "Replace existing gems/enchants" enabled, above the enchants and gems section at the bottom

Basically you want to just select and choose various equivalent, or higher, ilvl pieces of gear and compare it to whatever you already have equipped, while also checking for different gems and enchant combinations

With that said, you shouldn't willy nilly pick all the possible gems and enchants, since it'll quickly fill up your available combinations

So pick those that make sense, which generally speaking would be Mastery + anything else in terms of gems

Unless u cleared mythic
