Think i had a total of like 8 quest item drops through those blooms, of which only 4 or 5 were completed and used on me throughout the grind. The absolute biggest tip i can give to speed up the superbloom quest is to do a full 40 man raid for one, then as soon as you kill the last "Boss", leave group and hopefully your home shard will not have killed it yet, and you can kill that thing twice.

Single target might be a bit lackluster, but he was constantly 600k+ dps in almost every trash pull. Seemed to just pop trinket for 7k strenght and then press every CD in the book

Use is pretty meh, decent in some m+ situations where you can find room to stand still for 3 sec and not press anything else, but dmg reward even then is pretty mediocre. Single target I find myself not pressing active unless to replace a slam or something.

But big ilvl and fancy legendary, there's not much to complain about apart from the active itself being lackluster.
