I've done some LFR and some keys, but the rotation feels super slow compared to last season. I've tried throwing in more slams and paying more attention to my rage bar, but I still end up with empty gcds. And

Rotation is much slower as you have less procs happening, less rage generation (and less focus on it) from AM and Ravager. It wont "get fixed" with 4p, but it'll become stronger. You get a little less than double the Odyns Fury casts, which i guess is gonna speed up the rotation some on single target with increased rage gen from auto attack speed
