What I mean is he can craft a 486 wep, which is good now, but if he gets myth teack weapon its 489 so his craft goes to trash. Same with high stat items like chest, masdive str gain. But low stat items like bracer/chest beat higher ilvl myth track items wirh emb. So craft these and lose less stats in rhe long run

for me, the change in m+ is like this:
with T30 you used rampage to build crit for BT and weaved CDs.
with T31 you use rampage to get bloodbath, you bloodbath/bloodthirst for OF CDr, and you blast with OF while weaving CDs.
