Going to depend on the dungeon and affixes, arms has uncapped aoe and you can brain dead bladestorm your way to fat dps but suffers in st more than fury in aoe builds
But fury is pretty durable and requires less positioning struggles than arms, overpower cleave can be kind of a pita…it’s not rocket science but if your tank is flighty it gets irritating

if you run double shadowflame, you may want to put it on wrists and cloak since you can get higher ilvl for the other off pieces since cloak and bracers have less stats on them than the rest of the gear

If gold is a concern you'll have to spend more crafting a new bracer vs recrafting when you get the aspects crests to spare. Idk. I just craft with wyrm's and deal with the lower ilvl until it's time to recraft just to remove some of the "theoretical" from the gearing process. I know what's going where, I can throw the good enchants on it and if vault hates me one week I can put a socket on a slot like wrists that I will (probably) wear most of the season.

You're also potentially putting yourself in a position where you're waiting 2 weeks to craft something that sims much better if you get lucky in dungeon/raid/vault. It's really a question of what you feel better about doing, but not going embellishment seems like long term risk vs short term playing safe to me. To each their own though. The 486 wrists with shadowflame are a small loss and if you get bad RNG in vault the socket will probably make them a better option.

the amount of haste in the rotation doesn't change, so the APM is exactly the same - the only difference is what button you're pushing
Pushing Bloodthirst more will help fill the rotation better, basically keep it (almost) on CD, and use everything else as a filler in between, and you'll have very few (if any) empty GCDs
