You don't really notice it much once you spend a bit with it. The whirlwind lines up almost perfectly with how quickly you can dump charges. Slam is also a decent replacement for onslaught and you dont have to worry about holding bt anymore. Downtime outside of reck windows does feel bad but overall it's nice

Which is mostly where the conundrum is coming from. The investment into the 4pc T31 is obviously the better investment with all things being equal. But I recognize that I may not see that trinket again for months, whereas the 4-p bonus will come naturally over the next 1-3 weeks, possibly next week if I'm lucky.
