Tried a bunch of swaps, like I originally was simming with t31 talents + roar instead of spear. I also usually sim with vers phial since I have a high crit ring and vers simmed better, changed that and simmed with lower ilvl ring with no crit, etc. Each time 2p2p t31 st talents seem to be like 1.8k or more less dps for me. Could just be my stats are shit?

Yes the sim shows in the list of alternatives "CATA" and the tier piece I'm simming for catalyst, the "st" talent tree is the t30 talents and those sim higher than currently equipped talents (I put on t31 talents just for the sim)
