M+ is an overall thing, so cast em asap, boss can last a bit longer - as long the time to get to it gets shortened

If there is timeings and CDs needed, plan it out with dung tools and the tank (skip a pack, or do another pack to adjust timeings on the fly as needed)

I feel you Aza, but if the time would be less than 20 sec (eyeballed), I would hold if hero is coming up. If not, I would send short CDs. If I eyeball it to be ish a min, everything and the sink get thrown in to get to the boss.

If you are on voice, you can always call you are ready, that trash should move into boss to be deleted

At the end, overall matters more than boss DPS, as in, the team. If you deleting the trash, lets your example mage pop the boss with all lined up, you win a lot more than delaying the mage too
