in a raid setting, DB is probably more damage overall since you're going to end up using OF on ST anyway

in a dungeon setting, it's a littler harder to define, but generally speaking the small boost to OF isn't worth that much, and while the Enrage/WW proc feel good, they're not wort that much since you can usually set that stuff up before AoE is needed

so it's just a matter of circumstance

Titanic isn't that great and is mostly for quality of life more so than throughput

A raid opener with Dancing would look like
Reck + Charge -> Rampage -> OF -> Spear/Roar -> Bloodbath -> Rampage -> Bloodbath -> Avatar -> Rampage -> Bloodbath

And so onj

As long as you don't clip your OF bleed and have 100% uptime of Avatar during Spear, you're fine

By using Reck + Charge

You Reck before you Charge, so you double the rage gained from Charge, and you get 50 rage from using Reck from Reckless Abandon

Which adds up to 90
