Depends on the boss tho right, like some bosses the movement does need to be super tight others less important exactly when it moves

E.g final phase of experiments mythic, your tanks will probably move the boss a little from time to time to dodge the ball and thats not going to be the same 100% of the time

You have to consider function with Spear. Roar is easy to fire and forget and have the full value. Bad crit RNG also diminishes spear's value. But tbh, it's not going to break you if you pick one over the other.

I would delay crafting a weapon, as we are still not knowledgeable on how easily we will get the legendary. If it is really fast and you get a vault/mythic drop, that weapon is dead.

Assuming you get a high ilvl weapon early on, you can easily upgrade an offhander with just using flightstones, due to only requiring you to get one high ilvl 2hander, unlike stuff like rings and trinkets

I'm trying to make a macro with all my 1.5 cds on it so I don't have to do too much thinking, but for some reason I can't cast Ravager with this macro, even if I press it multiple times:

/cast thunderous roar
/cast [@player] ravager

Any idea why?

you are trying to put 2 things that are on the global cooldown into a macro

When it cant execute the Roar because its on CD, it stops

when playing any CDR spec (Anger Management), every rage you spend is wasted CDR if it isnt on cooldown already. In general you hold static CDs for dynamic ones, not the other way around
