The basic gist of it works like this: The more Rage you spend, the more Rage you gain. You can extend the Necrolord banner effectively indefinitely, you spend rage like it's going out of style, and Shield Wall and Avatar roll around really quick due to the Rage spend.

I think I misunderstand how to pull when it’s bolstering week. I’ve been keeping the pull sizes small so we don’t end up fighting a super bolstered enemy but do I really need to do that? Just want everything to die at roughly the same time right? I’ve also been making sure the pack is completely dead before pulling the next pack, and no trash with bosses, those two things seem right

Bolstering is really only an issue when you kill everything in a pack but leave one or two mobs near full hp

Also keep in mind bolstering only lasts about 20 seconds so you don’t have to worry about dragging one or two mobs into the next pull

then on the expert mode, which isn't enabled on the real tool (because on acherus we had problem with idjits saying it's good for damage), you re-compute armor in exactly the same fashion, then you recalculate armor DR and you get how much damage you wouldn't have taken that way
