You don't even necessarily get chunked really that hard without values being buffed; it's just like, Warrior damage falls off because Revenge doesn't scale and things like Paladins have a cheat death on a 2m CD

can someone explain to me what it means that my Blocked Hit and Hit percentages are basically even? i watched @jagged pier video about analyzing logs and understand it's bad for the percentages to be like this but i'm not clear what it means exactly. are the times that i am using shield block not as effective as they could be?

Pretty much, it means base that Shield Block is not up while adds are hitting you with melee

If it's that low, I'm assuming it's not even just reprisal usage at that point and shield block is being used at poor moments

You want as much time of it active as possible while actively fighting things, especially while they're punching you as opposed to casting.

You can supplement the block times by charging and intervening for shield block time with reprisal, as well

If you chuck the whole log, I could probably break it down in a bit more depth
