these are your charge casts
these are mine
so even mine are pretty bad because of those two giant gaps
it's not easy to get charges off during the LK phase but try to find them when you can
you have nearly 60 full seconds where you don't charge at all from 0:30 to 1:30
that's 80 rage, 2 revenges, and 8 seconds of SB potentially lost

For the ovetcapped rage i likely cap a few times a bit on pull with last stand and getting my intervene and charges on cd, im spamming ignore pain and ss to dump leading to less hits blocked. I usually keep ss when i need it since i generally dont take damage with banner up. I get to like 25+ sec buff on pull

anduin's melee swings are pretty pathetic individually but you certainly want to make sure you're still blocking them

So last night I noticed with my Banner uptime being better, I was sustaining my buff long enough such that I had another banner cast available.
Do you ever re-cast banner so that you apply the buff to your partners, or do you sit on it so that you can just get back into banner instantly once it does fall?

Btw, is it my experience only, and this has happened on retail and private servers, that when you join a guild and do great as a mdps, and show up all the time, it's only a matter of time till they ask you to:
- Tank dungeons for guildies
- Off tank sometimes, on 3 tank fights always and sometimes on 2 man ones
- You have to become a tank
That's the trajectory I have taken in 99% of my guilds...
