Anyone done any siming or theorycrafting about some of the wrath timewalking trinkets (252 ilvl)? The ones that I am looking at in particular are the Heart of Iron (increases Vers by 550 for 20s on a 2 min CD) and Mjolnir Runestone (357 haste proc from melee or ranged attacks, it would depend on proc rate if this one is good). My biggest thought is the Heart of Iron actually looks competitive with the Sigil (even the heroic version which is 1200 vrs every 5 mins) since assuming a 6 min fight you would get four uses to two of the sigil, and two of them line up with Last Stand, Demoralizing Shout and likely avatar. Anyone have a deeper/more experienced read into that?

So, quick question. I know Protection Warrior needs to really prioritize shield block given the role they tend to fill, but, I have an issue with threat when ever I prioritize it. It's almost as if I need to spam Revenge and can't just use procs unless I want enemies to, 1 by 1, be shed from my aggro to the DPS. My healers tend to complain that I seem squishier than I should be, so that's why I just put more focus on more IP over the later weeks. I think more revenge spam is good, but deciding if my rage is drifting upwards to cap dropping it down with IP is the mental practice I need

like Nome says, you dump to IP only to avoid the overcap
Basically if your rage gen is outpacing your ability to dump via stuff that's on the GCD, that's when you resort to IP
and obviously you are using Shield Block on its cooldown anyway
