I think the best overall way is kill Wo from start, go straight to boss and rest of dung. After last boss just go back to murlocs to fill % counter? what do you think? or do you have some better tips ?

I'd put it a bit lower so the procs aren't over your character model

That's why my buffs/procs is offset to my hp bars

i had it down a bit further but didnt like the misallignment
