It compares your dmg against all the other dmg logs of prot warriors
If you got the absolutely highest dmg done on that fight of all prot warriors, you get a 100
If you only did more dmg than 50% of all prot warrior logs on that fight, you get a 50 parse
And so on
In the case of senses 60% log despite 16k dps, that could be a case of being a rank 2 log
If there are only 4 logs
Or it could be a rank 40 log out of 100
The less parses there are on a spec on a boss, the bigger the % differences are between each achieved rank
If that helps clear it up a bit idk

A well played tank generally achieves 90+ parses because there is an armada of bad tanks out there polluting the logs

Almost sure proto and scars are useless. Not really sure that viscera is really helpful. Codex is a nice bit of burst damage but feels kinda meeh. Codex so far has felt good to me, between extra stamina and how often it stays up. OPC crits are nice for damage althou I usually run with a surv hunter or demo lock my dungeons so damage tends to not be an issue. Annhylde's feels nice when you have it but considering the ilvl it is at I can't tell if its better than more current ones.
Lastly, the alchemy stone I can remake with any progenitor stuff so it can give speed or avoidance which I guess are nice tertiaries + the 120 vers it gives as 262
