Fury main here, I’m new to prot but I’m enjoying tanking with prot warrior. Not sure how to manage my rage, should I be constantly dumping all my rage into revenge/shieldblock/ignore pain? Or should I be maintaining some rage incase I need it for defensives? For example should I be maintaining around 30-40 rage at all time incase I need ignore pain and only dump rage at 60-70 or should I be dumping as much as I can?

Nothing wrong with that. Casuals will always be casuals and go at their own pase. People clearing content faster is the contents fault not people. Any number of guilds clear normal and heroic in the first week anyways. It will happen anyways.
