Places like spires screws you flying platforms. Also with reprisal much easier to keep banner vs playing seismic. I like to use last stand in execute. But sometimes I gotta use it if I'm struggling and about to lose banner.

Well last run healer wasn't doing the maze, so there was a delay. Kinda surprised we timed it given the lock was no tier 1400 rated and dh hadn't even done a 15 mists. But even with immediately going through on other runs I'd guess dropping banner would happen a bit.

And I STILL overcapped
That’s what you need to be doing during your high rage periods with last stand, avatar, ravager

Charge generates 40 rage so if you’re gojng to charge and you can afford to IP, just IP first
Avatar into SS is 75 rage so you normally want to spend the avatar rage on an IP before the SS
Unless that procs outburst obviously

If you spend time thinking about it you’re going to waste rage and that’s worse than maybe IPing too hard and having to swap a revenge for a TC
