It prioritizes mouseover over current target
So if I have a friendly target moused over it'll intervene when I press it
Or if I have a hostile target moused over it'll charge them when pressed
And if I don't have anything moused over it'll charge or intervene depending on if it's hostile or friendly
And it's also hamstring because I'm lazy as hell
