In general, Kyrian and NF are more favorable for ease of use and throughput. Necro requires a lot of extra baggage for it to be both competitive and get value. I'm sure there are some places it'll be favorable over the others for extraneous reasons.
But your average player is going to come out of the other side worse for it if they try to Necro M+ compared to NF/Kyr

I tend to use ignore pain in 3 situations; When I have Too Much Rage (quite Rare); when I need to ride a magic damage spike that's not otherwise stoppable by pummel or Spell Reflect; and early on in a trash pull when the incoming damage is highest
