Shield Block is the thing you should focus on.
Looking at how low your SS/Revenge were i'm guessing you are not using other abilities like Ravager/Avatar/Spear(If you are Kyrian) on CD either

If you want to run Reprisal with a defensive setup you use HR instead of Bolster. (Generally i would advise you to learn using AM early on tho).
Also, use best Served Cold when using Reprisal instead of BV.
Covenant:
Don't use Pelagos, use Mika. Also try to get your hands on the Piercing Verdict conduit for Kyrian.
Casts:
Way too few casts of...everything.
SS/Revenge/TC/Spear/Avatar/DS (cause you are using BV)..they all should be cast pretty much on CD. You are losing out on a lot of Rage.
You casted 4 Avatars and 8 DS in that 25m run..that's SUPER low.

Yes, find one that tracks your shield block, craft reprisal legendary, don’t use ignore pain except with this macro #showtooltip ignore pain /cast revenge or when you are about to cap rage you may press the regular ignore pain.

It's not something to concern yourself with too much unless you commonly find yourself exceeding 8 seconds on your shield block buff
