Can someone explain how we get extra rage from the 2-piece? I'm reading Llarold's article on Wowhead, and he says we'll get an extra 1-1.3 rage per second. But testing on PTR I don't see any increased rage gen.

How It Works
Basically, as you spend Rage, or if you cast Avatar, your next Shield Slam or Thunder Clap does triple damage and generates triple Rage and casts a free Ignore Pain.

I think seeing the amount remaining is good, mainly for when you are about to get hit by a tank buster or a mob cast you may want to top it up if its low or consider using something else like a spell reflect or a nother defensive if you have no rage. It can also be a trap to see that you have ignore pain buff and not pop anything else only to have the ignore pain do almost no mitigation.
