Mimic, ever since they introduced M+ that's become a running theme. There are a few dungeon items that are amazing when their Ilevel is cranked up to whatever the top Ilevel is (or close to it)

They need to make a currency system where you can buy any item from the vault..at 'max dungeon drop' ilevel..after you build up currency for a while. Let's say it takes? 20? 30? runs..and you get currency per dungeon. So you get 30 'plaguefall' shards..and in your vault you can buy ANY item from plaguefall at whatever is dungeon drop max ilevel.

So you don't have the extreme outliers of "I did 60 runs so far..and no phial" that's lame.
