I don't really think covenant swapping shakes up that much...since most setups are pretty well known - but I would guess the dps lifitng will have some interesting impacts...I just fear monks will be high and above everything by way too much^^

there are currently alot of underpicked covenants for certain classes that might get bigger showing
such as NF pal and necro mage, which mage gets to turn into a giant skeleton mage thing and it makes your frost/fire/arcane (blast) bolts fire 3 time while you are in that form

most of them are underpicked for a reason^^ there are quite a bit of people testing stuff and simming , the only thing that will happen a lot is people performing better in raid and m+ overall because they can swap back and forth for it

If you take boss first in p3, you have to deal with three tank hammers, and you'll always need to get across the balls before the hammer hits.
If you have Soulshape and two Paladins, that's probably ideal

it's not really a breakpoint thing. in most scenarios bsc will have more output then BV. However... it matters about the damage profile you need for your group comp. If your team is heavy trash munchers like ele sham and ww then more aoe dam not needed but ST dam for high priority targets like bosses. But if your team is heavy ST classes like arms warrior, then u can play BSC on high tyran. Or if you don't have a tricks or MD consider BSC for threat

you kinda just learn it over a couple runs. I always check mdt before runs if i forget the breakpoints, but otherwise my s2 routes are pretty fluid for 15s. You also learn which mobs to avoid/skip on fort weeks. Like the named necromancer in NW, people skip him almost every week, unless the tank wants to waste an orb on it.
