I mostly just charge on pull and intervene melee on cooldown, since that gets you the buffs without moving you. If I have to back up from a mob anyways or the mobs get stunned etc. then I use that to get off more charges. You can sometimes leap out and charge in but I wouldn’t if it’s gonna mess up your mob stacking too much and hurt your groups DPS

Pull timers were more of a thing in BFA when we could pre pot. I get the same thing “tank you have leader” and I’m like “why?” And the usual is either “for pull timers” or “for marking” either one of those can be done by anybody in the group lol
