The dungeons you listed with DoS/HoA/Spires are fairly caster heavy and rely on your DPS'ers to Interrupt.
Casts going through WILL kill you on Fortified.
What you can do:
-Track the interrupts of your teammates with a WA so you know when you need to Interrupt/SR
-Plan CD's around caster heavy pulls - SW/DS.
-Dump more rage into IP when casts are going off
-Kite to outrange the casts
-Remember to also use Intimidating Shout as a interrupt
