Rings are one of the slots where ilvl doesn't matter. However, the answer depends on how much Haste you are getting from the rest of your gear. I, personally, would use the Haste ring, and furthermore I would gem and enchant it for Haste. But that's partly because my Haste from the rest of my gear is relatively limited. Your choice may be differently constrained by your available gear.

memorize what casts can be just stunned / feared and what casts requires an interrupt ( top, bone spike requires an interrupt or the mobs will just recast it, the necrotic volley can just be stunned or feared since the mob is a humanoid, and you don't need to use interrupt on it)

It honestly looks like you aren't getting enough damage from revenge. You either aren't facing the right way when push button or aren't hitting it enough. Making good use of your leggo is pretty important for pumping. Ofc im just making assumptions from looking at this breakdown

In which case, skipping it and just tracking the DPS CDs of your group is the way to go
A pull is made much easier (and safer) when DPS CDs are up
Like, pulling big with DPS CDs is sometimes safer then pulling small with no gas in the tank

You want to initiate the covenant swap before reset so you can do the first proving your worth quest otherwise you'll be locked out for 1 whole week because switching covenants is two weekly quests..

I think i was doing a lot better just based on your tips. I was trying to intervene more, and i think i popped my shield wall a lot more often... aggro wasnt a huge issue either

your blocked hits are very low (60%) and you only casted intervene 14 times while using reprisal. This is a very easy way to increase block uptime and also get free rage and revenge procs
