Actually interrupts your own cast haha. For raid, and you need to interrupt a boss in melee.. melee is throwing for not kicking. Ranged when not in cds or not assigned to kick can kick whenever. If you’re assigned to kick and you don’t then you have problems. M+ iono, no one ever interrupts but the tank and one melee lol

Everyone except Priests and Boomkins have an Interrupt ready at least once every 24 seconds. In Raid, people are usually assigned to kick important casts anyway. Yes, Melees should kick first, but if you see a cast going through, STOP YOUR CAST AND KICK IT. It's everyone's job.

I just keep him close to the outer wall and pull him along that wall whenever the boss is in a pool
The party should stay close to that wall so whoever gets the frontal can just move in between him and the wall, that keeps the adds as tightly packed as possible, then just focus them

Depends on your base level of Haste. Because I have had bad luck with getting Haste Rings so far, I use the AFE, but in compensation my Crit/Mastery is higher so the DPS works out. If you have a significantly higher level of Haste than I have (I've got dead on 20%), then you may value a pure damage trinket more, IDK
