2)If you're having trouble don't instantly dispell the enrage on the big guy - let him chase someone for a while
3)Be sure to have defensives up during/after when you get smacked by the healing reduction smash
And well then the more obvious things like try to keep them grouped up as much as possible - stun the add that spawns etc.
