Vdh can do boat loads of dmg in huge pulls with spb because it's entirely uncapped, but it's an alot riskier / harder playstyle.
And with mikan available now they can play a build that reduces their elysian decree CD down to ~18-20 seconds
Will take a bit more tinkering and people to get full gear to be able to get proper info on m+

I've been debating is it worth running scale in keys after you get aegis I've been doing it but it feels awkward having 30 seconds between trinkets I usually don't have time to use scale because packs are dieing fast in 15s/17s

If you're running scale for dps you should be running a different trinket, tbh
@jagged pier can confirm this but i think aegis is uncapped on damage while scale is

I am swapping from a hpriest main that i push keys with. I would say it depends on your group. The matrix gives you the cheat death which is nice, but if you guys need dps for certain weeks the phial is nice through put
