Those are going to be your bigger swings.
Entirely realistic to go for 95th percentile parses without optimal trinkets.

I used HR on my first Sylv kill without issue. Just don't be a geed and know when you need to use CDs and you'll be fine.
Like, I don't see a reason why you absolutely need SW CDR for either fight tbh.

And SR can be used for every heartseeker as long as you don't double up and take six stacks.
I suppose my point is: even if the answer was yes, there's not a lot of reason you shouldn't be pumping on either fight because SW isn't super critical for any parts of either encounter that'd require the CDR.
Which means you should be 📈 on the meter as hard as you can, fam.
I legit go full DPS for H Eye. Nature's Fury, HR, just slap that fucker.
Obviously if you got dookie healers it'll be harder to mongo, so play to your raid's needs.

Uptime doesn't matter.
Blocked hits matter.
I could have 30% uptime, but if my blocked hits are north of 85%+ because everything is dying instantly, then it's irrelevant.
Uptime is a completely superficial statistic to judge your play by and you're trapping yourself into a bad habit by starting there.
Check your damage taken logs and scope your blocked hit % and if that's low, then you need to fix your facing and block usage.
If it's high, then great - keep doing what you're doing.

We always preach ilvl main star and haste over all. But when it comes to dom pieces we are saying a 239 is better than 252 m+ items in m+.
Don’t get me wrong I’m not debating this I just do t really understand how 13ilvl on 5 pieces is okay. How are we making up all that armor loss and main stat loss

Shirey Dom sockets have very much ruined the "go for ilevel" thing.. because weather it's the 3 shard bonus, or just individual shards socketed..they are SO powerful.
Shirey what it really comes from is that although ilevel is important, it was a guideline for so long I don't think people really realized that for the majority of items a raid tier's worth of difficulty of ilevel apart wasn't HUGE per individual pieces.
Even on a major visual piece of armor like chest, or helm, shoulders, legs etc..13 ilevels of stats is just a tiny tiny fraction of a % of a mitigation, small amount of HP and very small amount of secondary stat adjustment. So gaining like an OUTRIGHT 2% damage or something is quite huge from those dom sockets.

The problem is the good 'individual' shards are spread throughout all 3 sets, so if you were laser focused on M+ and never built up the 'crappy' shards to buff up the set bonus..your set bonus will be weak.

If you raid at all, spending 60 embers to get a rank 3 set is huge benefit when you probably have them anyway. R2 is only 15. And because the shards themselves work in all content you’ve probably upgraded Dyz already anyway
