@shell fox the problem with your statement is that it's not some binary I play defensive and therefor I do no damage, because tanking is far more dynamic than that. You staying alive and not being a burden on your heals doesn't have any correlation to having low damage and vice versa.

You press your buttons

And sometimes you can press more offensive ones and sometimes you need to press more defensive ones

But 85% if your toolkit does damage to begin with

I have been convinced to return to Kyrian. Any Arms/Prot players have a recommendation for effective soulbind set ups to easily swap between M+ and Raid with both specs? Don't mind switching conduits occasionally to go between raid and M+ but I swap between tank and dps too much to do the same.
