That’s a good gameplan. Considering even LFR shoulders would be an upgrade if you have shards, the blue boe is a cheap placeholder. And you can upgrade that ring 2 more times

Also, i've read about aegis on this disco, and when i dropped it 252 i was quite happy, but it feels VERY situational ? Unless u are doing gigantic pull it's much worse then Scale and its pretty much useless on bosses. Usually at the end of dungeon it has like 100-150k more healing than scale but much less dmg. Am i missing smth ?

Idk why you are creating instances where 1 trinket is better than the other instead of just looking at the grand scheme.
Generally you can do pulls big enough in almost any dungeon/affix combination where Aegis excels - now a whole other questions is if you feel comfortable enough to do it or not.
Absorbs (like Scale) also get reduced by things like Necrotics etc while DR's (Like Aegis) are not affected.

Icy Veins Guide says we shouldt use Revenge outside of procc and IP is only a supplement for Shield Block, however in yesterdays LFR i felt like IP was immense whereas SB didnt do much, so I dumped my rage there, but outside... i can imagine in m+ that IP dies more quickly and i guess to keep up aggro i would spam revenge more? thoughts? tips? mockeries? :D

Yes, you have to be careful about when you're using BV. Ignore Pain is off the GCD meaning you can use it pretty much when ever.
The majority of your excessive rage should be going into Revenges to increase your damage (after you're set with SB and don't need to dump into IP for survivability purposes)

currently I'm using pelagos because the others are taken by DPS, but you can reconfigure mika to fit prot and arms together if you want
i don't really see kleia being the choice

anyway once you face it it give the buff right away its not like inerva where you had to face and way for a dash.
once you see the flying arcane ball animation coming out of it the buff is on the way you can go face whicever way you want

I'm confused on mikanikos's last soulbind slot, specifically where it says "dealing x arcane dmg split evenly between all targets over 8 seconds" testing on training dummys at elysian hold there is no damage taken past the 4 seconds of normal spear.
